China's industrial textile industry regulations

Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 Industrial textiles are textiles that have been specifically designed and have specific functions and are used in industries such as industry, medical and health, environmental protection, geotechnical and construction, transportation, aerospace, new energy, agriculture, forestry, fishery and other fields. In recent years, the industrial textile industry in China has developed rapidly, the industrial scale has continued to expand, the field of application has continued to widen, and technological progress has achieved remarkable results. It has gradually become a new economic growth point for the textile industry.

Article 2 In order to ensure a good development of the industrial textile industry, safeguard the overall interests of the industry, establish a good image of the industry, standardize the business operations of enterprises, protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, and stop unfair competition, according to relevant policies of the state, Laws and regulations, specially formulated the Bank's regulatory (hereinafter referred to as the Statute). The members of the China Industrial Textiles Industry Association shall consciously abide by this Statute.

The second chapter of the statute of the industry promotes civilized production, civilized operation, and high-quality service, and is responsible to users and the society.

Article 4: Sincerity-based, reputation is the most important, law-abiding, law-abiding, and advanced corporate culture are advocated.

Article 5 promotes good learning, bold innovation, continuous improvement of the quality of members, and improvement of corporate management.

Article 6 focuses on the role of scientific research in the development of enterprises, respecting knowledge, respecting talents, increasing investment in R&D, and continuously improving the technical level of the industry.

Article 7 promotes unity, mutual assistance, coordination, and self-discipline among members, gives full play to the overall advantages of the industry, opposes the detriment of others, and dismantles each other. Improve industry competitiveness and prevent vicious competition. The difficulties, hot spots, and major issues that occur in the industry should be resolved through discussions and consultations.

Article 8 advocates people-oriented management philosophy, treats employees, safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of employees, strengthens vocational education and training, strives to improve the overall quality of the workforce, mobilizes the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, and enhances the cohesion of the enterprise.

Article 9 All industrial textile production and operation enterprises shall:

(a) not to impersonate another person's registered trademark;

(2) not to forge or falsely use quality marks such as certification marks, famous marks, etc., not to fake production areas, and not to introduce misleading quality expressions;

(3) Do not dump products at a price lower than the average social cost for the purpose of crowding out competitors;

(4) not to fabricate or spread false facts and damage the commercial reputation of competitors;

(5) to prevent the use of inferior raw materials that do not meet the standards and to produce and sell inferior products;

Article 10 The production of an enterprise must comply with the corresponding product technical standards.

Article 11 Each member unit shall conscientiously do a good job in the periodical reports and statistical chronologies of the unit, and report it to the association on time and accurately. The association will provide the member units with relevant information on the annual statistics of the industry on time so that the members can understand the overall situation of the industry.

Article 12 of the Statute Management In order to ensure the implementation of this Statute, the secretariat of the Association will organize inspections from time to time, give recognition to the member units that have performed outstanding achievements in this Statute, and publicize them in various forms.

Article 13 The disputes between member units regarding the implementation of this Statute may be filed with the secretariat of the Association. The Association shall, in conjunction with the relevant member units, conduct investigations and coordinate handling.

Article 11 Supplementary Provisions Article 14 The matters listed in this Statute, which are inconsistent with the national policies and regulations or the relevant state policies, are subject to the national policies and regulations.

Article 15 The Secretariat of the Association shall be responsible for the formulation, revision, implementation, supervision, inspection and management of this Statute. This Statute was passed by the Second Council of the Third Session of the Association and implemented since the date of adoption.
