When you walk into the fitting room and take off your jacket, nearly a million light sources are used for whole body measurements and it takes only a few seconds to complete. The three-dimensional model of the customer can be displayed on the computer screen. The output is a measurement table based on 60000-100 million points. Based on this information, the point cloud map and the human body model can be established, and the human body can be automatically extracted in several seconds and even unlimited. In the key dimension, there will be more than 300 tailored data points to be used. Compared to measuring a dozen key data manually, the 3D measurement allows the customer's denim clothing to be tailored to be a “complete fit” to avoid the error of traditional manual measurement. Eliminating the complicated process, saving time, and finally printing the data, the system transmits the data back to the factory and begins to dress.
