In an exciting collaboration with Disney, the global release of Pixar's beloved animated film "Toy Story 3" has captured the hearts of fans around the world. In line with this popular movie, Adidas has unveiled a brand-new 2010 Autumn/Winter children's clothing collection featuring iconic characters from the film. This latest installment in the classic animation series once again brings to life the adventures of cowboy Woody and space ranger Buzz Lightyear, while the new Adidas collection uses bold color combinations and vibrant print patterns to bring these timeless characters to life for kids. The collection will be available starting June 15, 2010, in hundreds of Adidas stores across China.
"Adidas aims to capture the essence of the characters from the movie in our designs, allowing kids to feel connected to their favorite cartoon heroes as they play, run, and jump," said Daniel Rabus, an Adidas shoe designer. "The joy that these characters bring is timeless, and I believe the themes of friendship and fun will continue to resonate with future generations."
Rabus shared a personal memory: "I remember watching Toy Story 1 with my sister back in 1996, and she loved it. Now, I'm watching Toy Story 3 with my son, and I still enjoy it. The message of the film is something that transcends time."
The winter 2010 children’s shoe collection includes the Disney VulkidMid model, featuring different character versions such as cowboy Woody, Buzz Lightyear, the shepherd girl, and the toy soldier. Each design incorporates unique colors and materials to reflect the personality of each character. The collection also takes into account the needs of children at different ages, especially babies and toddlers, ensuring comfort and style.
Beyond shoes, the autumn/winter 2010 collection features a wide range of colorful, high-energy outfits. For example, the Buzz Lightyear line emphasizes a futuristic, space-themed look, while the Woody collection uses warm tones like brown and orange for a casual, playful vibe. The shepherd girl collection adds a touch of cuteness and charm, with special details like a plush lamb emblem designed specifically for her.
As part of Adidas’ product lines, children's wear falls under the sports performance series, which combines advanced technology with stylish designs. This collection not only delivers on function but also brings the magic of "Toy Story 3" into everyday playtime for kids.
