Yesterday, the reporter learned from the District Environmental Protection Bureau that at present, 31 printing and dyeing companies in our district have completed improvement, of which 8 have passed the acceptance test.

Two non-compliance companies are still discontinued

The reporter learned that after the 63 printing and dyeing enterprises in the region implemented elimination and rectification in July of last year, 13 companies basically closed down and 50 companies were included in the improvement plan.

After the “Zero Operation” was started, the printing and dyeing enterprises that had failed to complete the wastewater reclaiming and transformation requirements before June 30, 2014 in our district implemented stop production or restricted production control. Among them, nine companies have been seriously lagging behind in the progress of remediation, and they have been ordered to suspend production and rectify pollutant discharges; 15 companies have been ordered to restrict production due to slow progress, and emissions have been reduced by reducing production.

At present, after more than two months of centralized rectification, the printing and dyeing industry in our district has achieved remarkable results. Of the 9 companies that closed down and rectified, seven companies have been rectified and transferred to the “restricted production and rectification” ranks. Two other companies are still in the process of stopping production due to poor rectification; companies that have ordered production and remediation are also accelerating their facilities construction. To further improve the capacity of pollutant discharge treatment, all the renovation and improvement will be completed by the end of October, and all acceptances will be completed by the end of December. Enterprises that fail to pass will be shut down. For enterprises that have completed remediation, they are required to implement a long-term management system, strengthen daily operation and management, and ensure that waste water, waste gas, and solid waste are discharged to meet standards.

While printing and dyeing enterprises are ordered to suspend production and limit production due to non-compliance of pollutant discharge, some companies are also actively intensifying efforts to improve and actively seek new ways: to upgrade facilities and improve processes; or to adjust product structure; or to withdraw from the market. , seek transformation.

Hangzhou Xiaoshan Xiangxi Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. improved the production process and eliminated the processes in which water consumption was high and the concentration of pollution was high.

The reporter learned that with the “Zero Action” attack, our district plans to renovate 134 heavily polluting enterprises in the chemical, printing, dyeing, and paper industries this year, and has completed 101 renovations and achieved more than half of its tasks.
