Remember, English is just a tool, a tool for communicating with customers. Even if the spoken language is not good, the level is not high. As long as it can be completed and communicated with the user, it is qualified. After all, the language is used for communication and not for examination. Whether a foreign language is good or not is not a decisive factor in foreign trade. Of course, if you don't know foreign languages ​​at all, you can also do foreign trade, then... 2, must be familiar with the product, with strong professional knowledge.

Just like domestic trade in foreign trade cooperation, you must be familiar with the products you export, including its use, performance, production process and even fault handling. Only with strong professional knowledge can a coordinated interaction be formed in the process of communication with customers. Relationship, get the trust of the user. Just like buying things in China, if our suppliers don't know what to ask, we don't even have the desire to continue talking with him.
